Two Factor Authentication now allows all users (Participants, Advisors, Sponsors and TPAs) the option to enable an additional level of security when signing into their account.

Participant Statement - Improved Printing Capability:
We have revised our participant statement print option to mirror the layout and design of the actual participant statement page.

New! Call Center Support PIN
Participants logging into their account will be presented with a Phone Support pop-up screen requiring them to specify a unique 4 -12 digit PIN.

Platform Optimization: Plan Reporting Limits INCREASED:
Sponsors, TPAs and Advisors can now run reports and extracts for up to 3,000 plans at one time.
